John Stepanian is an arts entrepreneur and nonprofit leader whose work bridges performance, education, and innovation. As Founder and Executive Director of The MusicSquared Foundation and The NYPAA, he has built internationally respected programs in acting, musical theatre, dance, and voice while expanding arts access in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. John’s leadership has driven the creation of multiple programs, broadened opportunities for emerging artists, and positioned the Foundation as a force for creative inclusion and social impact. A recognized advocate for global arts policy and an accomplished producer and composer, he continues to champion the transformative power of the arts to inspire, educate, and uplift communities worldwide.
